The Louis Vuitton Speedy holds a special place in my handbag-collecting heart.
The design, which was originally introduced by the French fashion house in 1930, was my first designer handbag. I adored the bag (a Speedy 25) when I received as a gift more than 15 years ago, and I still love it now.
Over the years, I've added a Monogram 35 and Damier Ebene 35 to my collection. And, recently, I added a Damier Azur in size 30.
Having the three sizes (there's a fourth, called the 40, which is the biggest of them all), I was surprised to note the difference in dimensions. While, on paper, they don't seem like too much, in person, I thought it more than I (and others) might have originally thought.
So, I decided to do a comparison review of the handbags.
The video includes dimensions, prices, side-by-side comparisons and more. I made it in the hopes that I might provide some insight and peace of mind to others who might be interested in purchasing one of the iconic LV handbags, but find themselves unsure of which size to choose.
I hope you enjoy the video!
