I wore this look to the Spring 2020 Michael Kors Collection show during New York Fashion Week.
It's funny, when I first attended NYFW, I used to agonize over what I would wear. But, lately, I've been feeling so much more confident with my own sense of personal style that this outfit came rather naturally. No stress sweats required. :P
The mock-neck tank from Le Chateau is such a key transitional piece for me. I wear it under blazers, cardigans, denim jackets ... the list goes on and on.
And this button-front midi skirt from the Gap has become a new go-to. I love how '70s-inspired it feels. But, when left a bit unbuttoned, and paired with sleek separates, it also feels so au courant. I'm excited to try styling it with a long-sleeve turtleneck sweater and slightly slouchy boots as the season's chill further settles in.
Top and sandals: Le Chateau | Skirt: Gap | Bag: Louis Vuitton
