Faced with finding the perfect thing to wear to an international show jumping event left me scratching my head a little bit.
While I'd typically done jeans, loafers and a nice blazer for an event of this kind, for this year's visit with Longines, I knew I wanted to embrace my more ... flowery side. So, I opted for this maxi-length floral-print dress.
The silhouette felt breezy and effortless, perfect for watching an equestrian event with an elevated appeal like the prestigious Nations Cup. If you've never been to a horse event like this, I'd issue this one word of advice: skip the heels. Oh, and the fancy hat.
Unless you're going to the Royal Ascot or the Kentucky Derby, it's best to dress smart — in both meanings of the word. ;)
