I'm such a sucker for a great sweater. Perhaps that's why I seem to own a closet full of them.
My main criteria for a cosy new knit is a chic style that holds it shape. Especially with repeat wear.
That's why I've been loving my new Oversized Cable Pullover from the Vancouver-based brand Backdrop. The grey knit is super comfy and works perfectly when paired with laidback jeans (my go-to lately), but more importantly it also still looks great after several washes.
Because we all know there are few things worse than washing your favourite new sweater, only to discover that, once washed, it's turned into a shrunken, misshapen version of its former self. #worst
Ehem ... here's looking at you, pretty much ever Merino wool sweater I've ever owned. 😤
