What it is: A serum formulated to reduce early signs of aging using vitamin c to re-texturize and even skin tone, Chai Hu extract to reduce fine lines and the antioxidant mineral manganese to combat environmental stressors. (Phew! That's a lot of skin-benefitting goodness!)
Beauty bonus: Slightly thicker than usual serums, this product could almost be used as a light moisturizer.
Beauty bummer: The downside to it being on the more viscous side, if you like a more watery consistency for your serum, this one may be too thick for you.
Overall: We used this product on a recent warm-weather trip and found it did a pretty good job hydrating our skin — even with the fact that we weren't using it under our normal skin conditions. It was non-greasy feeling and absorbed well.
The age-defying effects were not seen immediately, but we did notice a reduction in the visibility of our (unfortunate!) fine lines post use.
Would recommend? Undecided. We like that the formula is thicker than "lotions" and some other serums, and we did notice results, but we aren't sure it was good enough to prompt us to give up our go-to serums.
