The lotion is quite thick, leading us to massage it into skin quite firmly. This, along with the tingly sensation, probably aids in increasing blood flow to skin.
An instruction sheet came in the box that featured a few toning exercises to try in conjunction with the lotion in order to firm up muscles, as well as the skin. It kind of made us associate the bottle with the squats recommended and it became a bit of a routine.
Admittedly, our pins probably looked roughly the same after regular use, but we did notice subtle toning and fewer lumps and bumps here and they. And, hey, even a little firming helps.
