Looking for a bit of fun this weekend?

Well, I've got just the suggestion ...

The Roadside Harvest Social in Abbotsford offers a country-fair like atmosphere at a tiny price ($10 for adults, $5 for kids and 2yo and under are free).

I stopped in last weekend and had So. Much. Fun. No joke.

There's a corn maze with beer tasting pit stops (highly recommended!) from the likes of Field House Brewing and Old Abbey Ales, as well as "dry" corn maze options, local food trucks, an apple cannon, pumpkin patch, rubber ducky water races and more.

It may be a bit out of the way for downtown Vancouverites, but the event serves up country fun that's worth the drive — if for nothing more than the very Instagram-friendly photos that you're sure to snap during your visit.

When: Friday, Saturday, Sunday through Oct. 23 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Where: 36737 North Parallel Rd., Abbotsford (yes, where the famous Tulip Festival takes place!)
