Full circle: DIY tulle midi skirt and chambray blouse

When it comes to fashion -- if I want, I have to have it.

But although I can certainly say I have a one-track mind, I'm no fool when it comes to buying. So when I started looking around for my latest obsession -- a full tulle skirt -- and saw the hefty price tags attached to these perfect holiday skirts, I was pretty sure I was going to have to pass on this pretty trend.

That is, until I decided to try to make one in my first-ever DIY project.

Using this tutorial and a few hours of my weekend, I cobbled together my dream tulle midi skirt -- and it only cost me less than $50.
