Beige on black: Nude Helmut Lang Gala knit blazer and J Brand jeans

I have some serious love for this Helmut Lang Gala Knit blazer -- and I'm not afraid to show it. (See it again, here)

Made from a stretchy-yet-structured fabric, this blazer feels more like a cozy sweatshirt than a chic topper. 

It almost pained me to cover it with my coat while we were shooting these outfit shots, but it was either toss on the coat or lose a limb to frostbite (exaggeration alert!), and I chose the former.
