Successfully donning high-waisted denim can sometimes be a bit of a challenge. Especially if you've got a little 'hip' to your shape. I bought these sailor-inspired skinnies from Forever 21 with the plan to pair them with a tucked-in tube top and a pair of flats ... a perfect choice for an evening concert or café lunch.
I found dressing them up, however, to be a bit of a challenge.
In the end I chose a loose white button-up tucked in at the front to show the denim's detailing with the tails out in the back.
